Twinpeaks is lead by Ryan Clintworth, a graduate of Arizona State University’s construction management program and the University of Washington’s commercial real estate program.  Chris Rawlins, a seasoned construction executive and graduate of University of Washington's construction management program, joined the leadership team in 2024.
